On June 17, 2019, an employee was painting on an elevated platform when the power went out. The employee fell 10 feet 6 inches to the floor and was injured. The employee was hospitalized for facial fractures.
An employee was running a tagline of an elevated load (conveyor bed) during an installation. As the load was lifted, the tagline became twisted around the employee's thumb. As the load moved, the rope caused an open wound to the right thumb that resulted in a thumb tip amputation.
