Two employees were setting up to test a piece of equipment with a hydraulic clamp. The first employee started to operate the hydraulic clamp grip while the second employee's hand was in the grip and the clamp closed on his hand, crushing his right index fingertip. His fingertip had to be amputated to the nailbed.
