An employee tripped on a pallet while walking. He fell to the concrete, suffering a broken left femur.
An employee was drilling holes in a half-inch steel plate using an electromagnetic drill. As he was removing the drill bit from the last hole, a stinger caught his glove and pulled his hand toward the drill bit, amputating his left index fingertip.
On 08/17/15, an employee experienced cramping while tagging equipment. He later experienced dizziness and vomiting. He was hospitalized for dehydration leading to heat stress.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee was spotting a crane when the load (fabricated skid for packaged equipment) that was being picked up came loose and fell on the employee. The employee sustained a crush injury resulting in a fractured pelvis.
