An employee was installing a part using an aerial lift and a ratchet. The lift rose and crushed his left thumb.
An employee was using an emery cloth to polish a shot pin in a lathe. The cloth caught on the pin and pulled the employee's hand into the lathe. The employee suffered fractures to the hand and fingers.
