On September 20, 2022, at approximately 6:20 a.m., an employee climbed into a rail car to open the rail car door and assist with unloading automobiles. The employee was spotting the buck ramp (unloading ramp) operator, who was lowering the ramp to the rail car. As he was guiding the ramp, his right leg was struck by the buck ramp, resulting in a fractured tibia and fibula.
