Final narrative
On November 10, 2019, an employee was on a step ladder, trying to clear a piece of plastic from the head pulley on the product belt of a crusher. The employee fell from the ladder into the conveyor, suffering an amputation to the left little finger.
On February 1, 2016, an employee was performing maintenance on a crushing machine when the rotary blow bars spun and pinched the employee's foot. The employee was hospitalized with broken foot bones.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
