An employee was cleaning an idle roller of a card press. The employee was removing some material when the press tore a tendon in the employee's left index finger.
On August 24, 2020, two employees were installing the lower shelf inside a carousel used to dispense prescription medicine. The carousel cycled and its door came down on one employee's chest, causing cracked ribs, a collapsed lung, and hematomas.
