While inspecting completed railroad wheels, a railroad wheel fell on an employee's legs and knocked him over. The employee suffered a compound fracture in his left ankle, broken metatarsals in his right foot, and an injury to his right ankle.

An employee was operating a forklift when it nicked the railroad wheels. The employee's left hand was pinched between the forklift and rail wheel, resulting in a partial left finger amputation.
On November 8, 2022, at approximately 3:30 PM, an electrician was on a ladder to replace a pendant on a hoist when the employee contacted a powered terminal and was shocked by 460 volts of electricity. The employee then fell off the ladder and was hospitalized for a burn and fracture.
An employee was cleaning a chute at the hub cutter station and was using a pneumatic chipping gun to remove a piece of steel. The chisel tip on the chipping gun got stuck, and when the piece of steel became free, the employee's finger was caught between the edge of the chute and the falling chipping gun, partially amputating their left index fingertip.
