Final narrative
An employee was changing out the propane bottle on a forklift. As he was connecting the line to the bottle, it started to spray propane onto his left hand. He suffered freezer burns to the thumb, index finger, and middle finger and was hospitalized.
An employee was skimming slag out of molten aluminum with a shovel. The molten aluminum "popped" and landed on the employee's leg before falling down to his foot. The employee sustained third-degree burns to the right foot.
