On 2/19/2021, an employee was near the top of an extension ladder attempting to "blow out" a clogged milk line. There was ice on the floor where the ladder was standing. The ladder slipped on the ice, and the employee fell onto products/equipment, a concrete barrier pole, and the floor. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to the left tibia, nose, left side ribs, and knee cap.

An employee was inspecting a conveyor shaft, reported as making an irregular sound and vibrating, on the unload side of a pod. The belt on the underside of the running conveyor caught the employee's left middle finger and pulled it into a nip point between the driven shaft and a non-driven shaft. The employee suffered a fingertip amputation.

The employee's left little finger was crushed between the controls of the skid steer and the screen plant, resulting in a fracture and laceration. The employee's finger was surgically amputated.

An employee was standing on an extension ladder, using a torquing tool to remove bolts that secured blades to a rotor. When the torquing tool activated, its reaction arm came around and pinched the employee's right middle finger against a lifting eye. His fingertip was amputated.
