An employee was standing on the fourth or fifth rung from the top of a 10-foot A-frame ladder, using an impact drill to remove cottonwood debris from louver screens. He fell to the concrete floor below and suffered injuries to the right side of his body: a wrist fracture, broken ribs, a pelvic fracture, and a partially collapsed lung.
