Final narrative
At about 10:00 p.m. on October 11, 2021, an employee was cleaning a pressurized paint gun. The gun activated while his left ring ringer was in front of the paint nozzle, which injected paint and solvent into the finger.
An employee was on an ATV retrieving material from an outdoor storage area when the employee hit an ice patch on gravel and the ATV flipped. The employee suffered pelvic fractures.
An employee was descending a railcar and fell approximately 12 feet. His PFAS was not anchored at the time. The employee was hospitalized for head trauma.
