On November 10, 2021, an employee was using a chop saw to cut an overhanging stop attached to a door jamb. When the blade hit the jamb, the blade kicked back and his left hand was pulled into it. His left thumb and middle finger were lacerated and his left index finger was amputated below the first knuckle.
An employee was attempting to push a roof truss into a larger roller press with his right foot when his shoe laces or pant leg became caught on the truss. The truss then pulled his foot/leg into the roller press, resulting in the amputation of his right foot.
