An employee attempted to pull down a delivery truck's roller door. The employee adjusted his foot position on the rear platform of the truck when he fell and landed on the parking lot, resulting in a fractured hip.
An employee was working on a conveyor belt when their left hand became stuck in a roller of the conveyor belt. The employee sustained a partial amputation to the middle finger.
