Final narrative
On February 7, 2022, at approximately 3:35 PM, an employee was pulling parts off of a shelf and carrying them down a mobile ladder. The employee fell to the ground below, and they were hospitalized with a fractured right ankle. Surgery was required.
An employee was visually inspecting the inside of a trailer tank that was carrying hydrochloric acid when they passed out due to the fumes. The employee suffered inhalation injuries and a head injury from the fall.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
