An employee was working on a truck. He had a small amount of flammable brake cleaner on his arm, and when he was lighting his handheld torch, the flame ignited the brake cleaner. He was hospitalized with burns to his forearms and hands.

An employee was working on a semi-tractor trailer and caging the brakes when the weight shifted. This caused the truck to roll over the wheel chocks and pin his left leg under the front drive tires. The employee sustained a left ankle and tibia fracture that required surgery.
