An employee was assisting a co-worker in fitting a stand pipe into the mousehole of a drilling well. As a joint of the drill pipe was being lifted up, the employee placed his right hand around the drill pipe. The drill pipe moved unexpectedly, causing the employee's right middle finger to be caught between the pipe and the hydraulic power unit. The employee suffered a fingertip amputation above the first knuckle.

On September 18, 2025, an employee was descending stairs on a rig floor when he fell on the third step from the top and landed on his right foot, which then turned inward. The employee suffered a fracture that required hospitalization.
