On August 25, 2022, an employee and two co-workers were conducting remodeling operations. The injured employee was standing on a ladder to remove drywall when he was struck-by falling drywall, causing him to fall from the ladder to the ground. The employee suffered a broken left arm, wrist, and femur. The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
