An employee was lifting a dropped metal coil off the floor. He suffered a compression fracture to a thoracic vertebra and was hospitalized.
On July 25, 2023, an employee was dislodging a jam on a re-run line machine conveyor when their left index finger was caught in the pulley and amputated below the first knuckle.
An external contractor was cleaning the floor with a motorized floor scrubber when he smelled propane.
