At 4:45 p.m. on October 17, 2022, an employee was installing shutters from the second-highest rung of an A-frame ladder. The ladder collapsed, and the employee fell about 5 feet. A window sill struck the base of the employee's skull during the fall, lacerating it. The employee was hospitalized.
