As the employee was walking on the top platform of the stand, they stepped off the end of the stand and fell to the ground. The employee sustained fractures to their left elbow and left hip.
An employee was walking through the parking lot heading into work when they slipped on ice and fell on the ground. They sustained fractures to their left fibula and left ankle.
