An employee was using a high-pressure washer to remove ceramic material from a casting. The casting was dropped, causing the employee's left index finger to be grazed by the water stream. The water pierced his glove and entered his finger.

An employee was operating a forklift and unloading a truck. After the truck was unloaded, the employee got off the forklift and proceeded to adjust the dock plate with a hook tool. The dock plate slipped and the employee went to adjust the plate with their hand when their left middle finger got caught. Their finger was amputated above the first joint.

While the employee was pushing a stack onto the next set of rollers, the stack became crooked. The employee went to pull back the stack to straighten it when their finger was pinched by a roller. An employee was operating a projection welding press when the weld bit contacted her left hand, causing an amputation of the index fingertip.

On June 25, 2025, at 7.30 a.m., an employee was using a remote-controlled crane to change a die in a 2,600-ton press. They were releasing crane cables from the die when one cable did not release, causing the die to lift and pin the employee between the press and the die. The employee suffered a closed non-displaced fracture of the pelvis.

An employee was closing a door when the door closed on their right index finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
