On July 5, 2023, an employee was assisting a forklift driver with lifting a conduit spool off a flatbed trailer. When the driver lifted the spool with the forklift, the spool fell forward, causing the injured employee to jump off the trailer to avoid being hit by the spool. The employee fell to the ground and suffered a broken leg.
