An employee was walking to her workstation when she tripped on a wheel that was sticking out from a cart. The employee fell onto an ergonomic mat on the floor, landing on her knees. The employee sustained a non-displaced fracture of the left tibia and a non-displaced fracture of the right fibula.
An employee was backing an electric industrial carrier into a dolly when their fingers were caught between the vehicle and the bar on the line resulting in amputation of the fingertips on their right middle and ring fingers.
