An employee parked a short tractor used to move trailers and then exited it. The tractor began rolling and the employee went to jump into the cab to stop the vehicle but his arm struck a metal bar on the cab and he fell, fracturing his left arm. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.

Three employees were riding on a utility terrain vehicle, which was going 12-15 miles per hour. The vehicle lost traction on newly applied gravel and rolled over onto its side. One employee's right leg was pinned and broken by the vehicle's lower frame. He was hospitalized.
Two employees were in the basket of an aerial lift. When attempting to bring the basket down, the basket got hung up on a perimeter guardrail post. The basket moved, causing one employee to strike their chest against the lift's guardrail. The employee sustained a fractured rib and was hospitalized.
