An employee was injured after falling from a stack of pallets to the floor of the warehouse. A piece of wood penetrated his leg, requiring hospitalization.
At about 8:20 a.m. on June 19, 2025, a temporary employee lost his balance while exiting a trailer and grabbed a dock plate with his left hand.
