Final narrative
At about 8:20 a.m. on June 19, 2025, a temporary employee lost his balance while exiting a trailer and grabbed a dock plate with his left hand. The dock plate was being raised at the time, and the employee's left little and ring fingers were caught between it and the lid. Both fingertips were amputated.

An employee was driving a lift truck when the truck spun out of control. The employee's hand was crushed between the truck and a rack, resulting in a crushed thumb and an injured index finger.
