The injured employee was walking to a tower that was being maintained when another employee lost his balance and collided with him. The other employee slipped on the ice and fell on the injured employee's left lower leg, fracturing it.

An employee was helping another employee to a walker/wheelchair. The second employee fell onto the first, who then struck the floor. The first employee suffered a broken wrist and a broken hip.
