On October 26, 2017, at approximately 6:00 PM, an employee was operating a sit-down rider forklift truck. While traveling in reverse, he placed his right hand on the support beam of the forklift's overhead guard. His right pinky finger was then caught and crushed between this support beam and the metal counterweight or bumper of a large wheel loader. His right little pinky finger was amputated, and he was hospitalized.

An employee was operating an electric pallet jack when it struck two parked forklifts. The impact caused the employee to be ejected from the pallet jack, and his right foot became trapped between the forklifts, resulting in a severe laceration to the foot.

An employee was operating the compaction levers on a truck when a motor vehicle crashed into the back of the stopped truck. The employee sustained fractured ribs and contusions.

On October 16, 2025, an employee operating an order selector was passing a moving scrubber when the scrubber suddenly stopped. The order selector struck the back of the scrubber, resulting in a cut to the employee's left ankle.

An employee was performing preventative maintenance on a deflation fan, belt, and pulley. While working on the fan, the rotor in the fan unexpectedly began to spin due to the activation of a damper within the baghouse. The spinning of the fan caused a belt pulley to begin spinning, which made contact with the employee's hand, resulting in an amputation to the right middle fingertip.

An employee cleaned out an ash pit. He then opened a door to another part of the machine and began putting a metal rod in the machine. The rod became jammed and struck the right side of the employee's head and face. He fell to the ground and lost consciousness. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to the jaw and orbital bone, and multiple lacerations.
