On February 21, 2024, an employee was harnessed on a lift attempting to cut into a piece of pipe that they were going to fabricate. The pipe caught fire. The employee's sweatshirt also caught fire and the employee sustained burns to their face, arm, and hands as they attempted to remove the sweatshirt.
