An employee was offloading truck-mounted forklift carriages to palletize and band them. He had moved one carriage and was putting another one on top of it when the second carriage slipped. His left hand was crushed between the two carriages, and he suffered cuts to the index and middle fingers. He was hospitalized, requiring stitches and tendon surgery.
