An employee was placing stabilizing bars on the fryer when his arm slipped into the hot oil causing burns to his left hand, wrist, and forearm.
An employee was walking through the gravy cooler when he slipped. His left hand went into one of the pots containing hot gravy. The employee was hospitalized with second degree burns to the left forearm and blisters.
While washing the inside of the walk-in cooler, an employee slipped on ice and fell to the floor. He was hospitalized with a back injury and a cut on an eyebrow.
