Final narrative

An employee was using the carbon arc cutting process to remove horizontal and vertical block tacks holding the command and control system module foundation in place. Chain falls and pull lifts were holding the foundation in place. The foundation shifted and the employee suffered multiple fractures to his wrist and arm.
