A truck driver was tarping a load on a trailer. The employee fell off the trailer to the ground, suffering multiple fractures of the spine, ribs, and both wrists.

An employee was hospitalized for heat exhaustion. For approximately one hour, the employee was securing a load of pipe on a flatbed trailer. Standing on the ground, the employee was throwing straps over the load and ratcheting tight.
On April 22, 2016, at approximately 7:05am, an employee was hospitalized after being injured while moving a plastic water line on I-beams. The employee and a coworker were rolling a 14 inch diameter PVC pipe weighing approximately 300 lbs. and 15 feet in length across I-beam stands. During the roll, the pipe slipped off the I-beam and the employee's thumb was pinched between the I-beam and the pipe resulting in cuts and crushing injuries to the left thumb.
