Final narrative
An employee was holding an outside yard gate while a vendor truck was exiting the yard. As the employee was watching the exiting truck, the rollers on top of the gate caught his right index fingertip, resulting in a partial amputation to the fingertip.
An employee was delivering drywall sheets in a cart. The cart began to tip; as the employee tried to steady it, drywall fell off it and struck him. He suffered a broken leg.
