An employee was sorting parts and materials (scrap metal) in a bin when material and a wheel landed on the employee's hand. The rim of the wheel lacerated their finger, resulting in a partial amputation to the fingertip.

An employee was removing a suspension bushing from a 53-ft. trailer using a pry bar. Part of the suspension moved, catching his left hand. The employee sustained an amputation to the left middle finger.
An employee was walking past a crossover conveyor when a ramp came down and hit them in the back. The employee sustained a broken back vertebra, as well as a concussion, and was hospitalized.
