A temporary employee was using a manual pallet jack to move a loaded pallet (weighing 400 lbs.) into a truck via a liftgate. The pallet jack rolled back on the liftgate and pinned his left foot, causing him to fall from the liftgate to the ground. The pallet also fell and landed on their leg, resulting in a fractured lower left leg.
