On February 25, 2025, two employees were laying the mast down on an aerial work platform when the mast fell and came down on an employee's shoulder. The employee's legs then gave out, resulting in the fracture of his left tibia.

An employee was standing at the rear of a machine and the machine's mesh tray fell down onto the rear of the machine, crushing his left hand against the read lift. The employee sustained fractures and a laceration to their left hand and was hospitalized.

An employee had been tasked with hauling large rocks. There was a rock caught in the tailgate of the dump truck that was preventing it from opening. He went to get the rock out and the tailgate came down, crushing his right middle fingertip. The employee sustained a fracture of the distal phalanx and required surgery.
