An employee was taping the roof joints of a recreational vehicle (RV) to prepare the roof for application of the thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane. The employee fell from the roof of the RV to the concrete floor approximately 9-10 feet below and sustained fractures to their ribs and head.
