An employee was cleaning up a yard. Some debris fell into his boot. He sat down on some stacked steel plates to remove it; a plate rocked, and as he tried to brace himself his left ring fingertip was amputated between two of the plates.
A forklift was lifting a piece of scrap metal. The scrap metal cut the strap tying it to the forklift and fell onto an employee. The skin on the employee's right arm was removed.
