At 7:45 p.m., an employee was getting off a platform that was elevated less than 4 feet off the ground. His clothing caught on the platform, causing him to fall to the ground. The employee suffered a fractured left arm.
On March 16, 2022, an employee was using a pneumatic drill to drill holes in a metal fixture. The drilling location was about 6 feet from the floor, and he was using a 2-foot A-frame stepladder to reach it. He fell from the second step of the ladder to the floor about 2 feet below; suffered a dislocated shoulder and a broken pelvis; and was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
On November 16, 2021, an employee was standing on a work platform to clean out an equipment bay on the side of on an aircraft.
