At 11:05 a.m., an employee was retrieving screws and a duct puller from their van at a jobsite. After getting the materials, they closed the side door and locked it, and then began to head back to the work area. They then stepped on a sprinkler pipe approximately 14 inches away from the side of their vehicle. The employee fell to the ground and suffered a broken right fibula and tibia, resulting in hospitalization.

An employee was working on an electrical component of the water pump when the lead contacts sparked. The sparks ignited an unknown gas that was coming from a capped well in the work area. The employee was engulfed in flames and sustained first and second degree burns to both hands and wrists and first degree burns to his face.
An employee was on-site performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks in the building. He was attempting to break a pipe union on an external rear blow-down line to check it for obstructions when scalding water spontaneously released from inside the boiler and exited the pipe cleanout port, which had its cap removed.
