On January 25, 2025, at approximately 5:48 PM, an employee was exiting the security kiosk and stepping up on the curb to talk to a customer when their ankle rolled and they sustained a fracture.

On January 1, 2025, an employee was stepping from the lowest step of a lifeguard stand to the concrete pool deck when he lost his footing. The employee fell forward and caught himself on the arm rests, resulting in a fractured left elbow.

An employee was performing horticulture-related work inside of an attraction when he stepped backward into a trough in the concrete floor and fell backward sustaining a back injury.

An employee had just finished unloading a truck and was closing the roll-down door. The door's folding panels closed on the employee's right index finger, causing an amputation to the fingertip without bone loss.

On November 18, 2023, at approximately 8:30 a.m., an employee was loading products onto a delivery truck. The employee lost footing and sustained a torn hamstring and a hematoma with nerve damage to his foot/leg.

An employee was standing at the rear of a machine and the machine's mesh tray fell down onto the rear of the machine, crushing his left hand against the read lift. The employee sustained fractures and a laceration to their left hand and was hospitalized.

An employee had been tasked with hauling large rocks. There was a rock caught in the tailgate of the dump truck that was preventing it from opening. He went to get the rock out and the tailgate came down, crushing his right middle fingertip. The employee sustained a fracture of the distal phalanx and required surgery.

An employee was replacing the wear pan in a wood chipper when a metal sawdust pipe attached to the machine fell from above, pinning him against the machine. The employee suffered a broken right femur, right hip, and left hip.

Two employees were working on a forklift with its mast in the air when a chain came loose and the carriage fell down on them. The injured employee was hospitalized with a fractured left ankle, a laceration on the left side of their forehead, and a fractured L1 vertebra.

An employee was hooking up a hydraulic attachment on a forklift. When pressure was released from the hydraulic system's hose, the arm of the forklift came down on the employee's left foot and broke it.

An employee was in a paint booth to change filters underneath the booth. She took a step when her right foot fell into an opening in the floor, resulting in a right ankle injury that required hospitalization and surgery.

On October 11, 2025, an employee was walking through a parking lot when they tripped on a pavement joint and fell, resulting in a fractured right ankle and a left knee injury.

An employee was unloading merchandise from a pallet when she tripped over the pallet and fell forward. Her head and face struck the floor of the stockroom, resulting in multiple head and face injuries that required hospitalization.

His right hand and two fingers got caught between the rear wheel of the cart and the coaster rail. His ring and little fingers were crushed and lacerated, resulting in surgery and partial amputation of the ring finger.

An employee was helping a coworker transport a tall palm tree with a mini skid steer. The employee was severely shocked by a high-voltage electrical wire above the ground.

An employee was retrieving a Christmas tree from a shelf using a ladder. He missed a step and fell to the concrete floor. He sustained injury to his head and wrist.

An employee was inspecting a generator whose radiator was leaking. He slipped, and a fan blade in the generator amputated his thumb and index finger.

An employee was operating an agricultural tractor during sugarcane harvesting. The employee sustained a lumbar sprain due to vibration or motion from the tractor.

An employee was moving a 3-ton condensing unit, strapped down on a dolly, out of a garage. The strap broke, causing the employee to fall backward onto the brick pavered driveway. The employee suffered injury to a spinal ligament in the neck.
