The employee was approaching the doors that go into the lunchroom/cafeteria area. Somebody had just come through the doors. As the doors were closing he grabbed the edge of the door trying to catch it before it closed. The doors caught the end of his pinky finger and amputated it.

An employee was servicing a mold when a piece of mold fell onto the employee's arm. The employee received an abrasion to the right forearm.
