Before the incident

EEs were strapping bay 2 this is when EEs came upon a stack that needed the be leaned forwarded and a buckle installed. The stack being leaned was not strapped there was a strapped stack to the right that had to be loosened. While the first was being leaned it caught the second stack and pulled it down hitting EE 1 in the right shoulder and temporarily trapping EE2 the other side of the stacks. [REDACTED] applied ice pack and is feeling a bit sore. EE felt the need to seek medical care later and is on restricted duty.
