Before the incident

Removing a short shot from a machine

What happened

We were working on line eight to adjust the tops it had over filled I put it in basic position and got a barrel out and restarted it. The first barrel was okay. Second one was a short shot. I put it back in basic position to pen it up plastic fell inside machine. I put it in setup mode went to get the plastic I slipped on oil in between the blow pins and between them. When I did I put my arms out to catch myself and my left arm caught the mold and cut it. After that i came in office and contacted [REDACTED] and took right step went to hospital had to have 13 stitches.
