Climbing a step stool to put a top on a pallet.

I fell of a 3 step ladder onto floor. I was putting topper on a pallet of [REDACTED] drums from line 3. Previously i had been over on line 8 helping clean up water leak on floor. I assume when i got done my shoes wet then stepped up on ladder that had some oil residue on it is what made me slip and fall. When i fell i sat there a second then got up dusted myself off checked myself out and was good. I was not hurting at the time because when i fell i came down on my right wrist and hip. although my left knew twisted some and i heard a pop. I went ahead finished wrapping pallet then looked around for shift leader but didnt see him at the time.
