Before the incident

[REDACTED] was descending stairs from the top of machine 5.

What happened

I was getting ready to start line 5 and proceeded to go upstairs to the top of line 5 to knock the slide for material. As i was coming back down stairs i stepped down the stairs (I think the third step) with both hands on the railing. My feet slid out from under me due to grease on steps and stairs. I fell down about 6 or 7 steps before i was able to stop myself.
