Engineer was leveling the show display.

What happened

An engineer suffered a head injury while installing a CRL display due to the Sun [REDACTED] feature of the display. A pedestal display was initially placed in front of the mount [REDACTED] slider to reduce the risk. However the employee had to briefly remove the pedestal to level the display which exposed the hazard again. Unfortunately the employee was not wearing a hard hat but instead had on a baseball cap that obstructed his view. This prevented him from noticing the Sun [REDACTED] when he tried to kneel to level the display.
