While the employee was evaluating CQ hands on training they were required to reset the galley service door in between each FA using it. This meant opening and closing the door multiple times during the day. The employee felt that the door was sticking and more difficult to rotate the internal latch handle while operating. After getting home on the night of [REDACTED] the employee started to feel pain on the right shoulder and had difficulty sleeping because of it
